HIV/AIDS

Love Care Foundation has inducted several programs to combat concerns related to HIV by centering on invoking awareness for its prevention. We at LCF aims to reach out to these set-apart people affected directly or indirectly by HIV by sensitizing the community and highlighting issues related to sexual health. Love Care Foundation conducts various programs by notching to educate this section of people and make them aware of how to cope with this issue as a whole.

Our trained volunteers provide assistance to HIV affected people and conduct workshops, dialogues in the slums to educate people about HIV and its recourse. We teach the people how they should do away with their fears and misconceptions of the disease and not to hate or discriminate the affected person. Love Care Foundation targets to raise awareness in the community and provide information on AIDS, Healthcare, Sexual issues, and Rehabilitation of the affected person. Counseling and marketing program are organized from time to time by LCF.Through Street theatres and short plays vigilance is raised that any HIV infected person should be treated with love and understanding. People are educated about the harmful effects of unprotected sex through presentations, pamphlets and photographic exhibitions. Workshops are organized by LCF in rural communities to spread awareness on sexuality, gender based violence, HIV/AIDS and sexual health.
