Mr. Dadroo has spent six inspiring and stimulating years in the inception of his career at SOS Children’s Villages of India in the late nineties. SOS Children’s Villages is a sovereign, non-governmental, social development organization that renders family-based care for children in India since 1964.It vindicates the concerns, rights and necessities of children. More than 6000 children and young people live in 33 SOS Children’s Villages and 27 SOS Youth Facilities in the country.
Mr. Dadroo was operational and engaged under the dynamic leadership of Late Mr. J.N.Kaul (President) who greatly impacted his thought process at the time and subsequently led him to conceive moving into the social sector. This way the Love Care Foundation came into existence and entity.
The Foundation is a nonprofit, non-Government voluntary organization dedicated and devoted in enhancing quality of life of under privileged BPL children. The diverse functioning intent at accommodating basic life necessities of food, clothing, education, hygiene and nutrition to serve in the holistic evolution of economically and socially deprived challenged children.
Mr. Dadroo’s pursuit has been to aid these less fortunate children to subsist a life of self-respect and dignity through education and moral values inculcated to them. He has been actively incorporated in organizing health camps, educational fairs, organizing vocational training programs and special classes in the backward and slum areas of Delhi NCR. The motive behind it is being to furtherance in sensitizing the people about their individual civic rights and obligation towards the society. He is a dedicated individual who presumes that society can headway as a whole only when people from all the sections of society can collaborate by working collectively for their flourishment. His goal is to uplift the less fortunate BPL section of the society through his long years of experience in the corporate world employed their as a Human Resources professional. He is aspirer of making that divergence in amending the lives of BPL children thereby helping them lead a meaningful life along with their more fortunate brothers. Mr. Dadroo’s foresight and dedication to this cause will go a long way in making that difference.
